Kolea
I always liked this bird...
This Kolea showed up for the first time last year, hanging out around my workplace in the late afternoon. After being up North for a couple months, it returned just the other day.
Now that I have my small T-10, I'll take more pictures of this Kolea to see its change in plumage over the coming months.

Mele Kalikimaka 2006
Hawaii got an early Christmas present as everyone in the state celebrated the Univeristy of Hawaii's fabulous win today over Arizona State in this years Hawaii Bowl. What a great win.
Every year the City lights up Honolulu Hale during the holidays, so me and my dad went out very late this Christmas eve to snap a few shots of the Christmas lights at City Hall.
Hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas with family and friends and pets too!!!
Take care and enjoy these few pics...

8gb Ipod Nano
8gb Ipod Nano

Took the advice of a once-bicycle-insider and just went out and bought the BEST. An Apple Ipod Nano 8gb player.
Loaded up the itunes and currently waiting for it to convert all of my WMA music.
I got tired of my "fake" nano (a Creative Zen Nano 1gb) player not properly shuffling my songs and playing the same ones over and over again...oh well...hope the "real" one does shuffle properly...

More Rainbows...
Lotta rainbows on this blog lately...
Thought there was a Rainbow Bridge only in Tokyo...however...driving to work this morning, for just a short moment, everyone headed Ewa on the H-1 was treated to this SPECTACULAR RAINBOW crossing over the freeway.
Now THIS is why I carry my camera all the time.
No luck in driving under the rainbow though...
