Here's the same pic after some easy post picture digital darkroom processing.

First I used the software that came with the camera to adjust the RGB/tone curve to remove the yellow cast. Then I used this awesome program called Neat Image (the free version) to remove most of the visible noise - while still leaving lots of detail.

Much better I think!
