Totally Out of It
Hey...long time no post.
When's the last time you've ever used Vicks Vapor Rub? For me it's tonight.
I've just been totally trashed since last week with kind of flu bug. Infact, I haven't felt all that great since coming back from Haleakala...
I am definitely taking a flu shoot this year no matter how much it hurts:-(

eh old man need your flu shot. i think you need to get out and ride more to get those natural antioxidents flowing. stop making mike zagorski excuses.

eh mark...i couldn't get a flu shot yet cause all those old folks beat me to the back of the line...then they were all out!!!
getting better...will be out there pounding it soon...
